club positions
president: the head of the club. any and all decisions go through him. leads church, and is ultimately the last person to decide on business ventures, hangarounds, and prospects.
vice president: the second in command, typically the liason between other officers and members and the president. will take over president's duties when he is away or unable to lead, and is the person to go to with all questions and concerns within the club.
treasurer: manages any and all money within the club. accepts payments and dues, keeps the books, and oversees all businesses and financial ventures. pays all bills, and is responsible for all financial records in the club.
secretary: keeps all other records for the club. takes down minutes of every church, notes attendence and absences at any meetings, and notifies club members of any meeting times or changes, elections, or subjects of votes that will be addressed in meetings. he is also the officer to keep track of all rules and the constitution of the club.
sargent at arms: upholds all laws of the club, and is responsible for carrying out orders and ensuring that rules are followed. is the direct correspondent with all prospects, and will be required to strip any member or prospect of their cut and colors in necessary. the sgt. at arms is responsible of the safety of the club and any and all security at the clubhouse, businesses, and on runs.
enforcers: the muscle of the club. enforcers maintain the laws of the club, like the sgt. at arms, as well as security, but they are directly responsible for any and all weapons, including maintenance and inventory. they will be the first on runs and in combat, and called upon when physical force is needed in any situation.
road captain: plans all runs in advance, and is responsible for everything that happens on said run. typically the one in charge if a higher ranking member is not present. he and the tail gunner take care of all maintenance on club vehicles, from member's motorcycles to trucks and vans (cages) under the club's ownership.
tail gunner: rides in the back of formation and is responsible for the safety of the members; if someone crashes, he makes the call to stop, or makes the stop himself to make sure the member is okay. if the road captain is not on a run, he takes over his responsibilities. also takes care of vehicle maintenance.
chaplain: typically an older member, the chaplain is responsible for all spiritual needs of the club. doesn't necessarily have to be religious, he does precide over all funerals and weddings. he works with the president in deciding whether or not a prospect is ready for his patch, and also helps with the transition of members when going in and out of jail. can also be seen as a therapist or counselor of sort.
patch: all other official members of the club. they have earned their cut and will follow all orders from officers. can be nominated and elected by vote to an officer position. required to attend every church meeting.
prospect: prospective members of the club. invited by the president to "try out" for the club, which requires at least a year unless otherwise decided by the president. they are required to do all grunt work and be at the beck and call of members. do not attend meetings, are working to prove loyalty and responsibility as well as the wherewithal to handle club life.
hangaround: people who are hoping to become part of the club - can be a woman as well. only men will be asked to prospect, however women can either be brought on as club girls or employees. can be banned from coming around the clubhouse or club businesses.

CLUB ASSOCIATES & TERMS
OLD LADIES/CLUB GIRLS: THE TERM "OLD LADY" IS ONE OF THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS TITLES A FEMALE CAN HOLD IN THE CLUB WORLD. THEY ARE GIVEN TO WIVES/FIANCES/LONG TERM GIRLFRIENDS OF CLUB MEMBERS ONLY, AND ARE NOT GIVEN EASILY. THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT ON BEING GIVEN THE TITLE - UNOFFICIALLY, THE CLUB TYPICALLY LOOKS FOR THE RELATIONSHIP TO BE GOING STRONG AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AND THAT IT IS SERIOUS. OLD LADIES MUST BE APPROVED BY THE "QUEEN" AND/OR THE PRESIDENT'S OLD LADY. (THE QUEEN IS THE OLD LADY THAT HAS BEEN AROUND THE LONGEST. IF THERE IS NOT A QUEEN IN PLACE, THE PRESIDENT'S OLD LADY IS SEEN AS THE QUEEN.) IN THE DEATH OF A CLUB MEMBER, THE OLD LADY DOES NOT LOSE HER TITLE AND WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE CLUB FOR LIFE, OR UNTIL SHE DECIDES. IN THE EVENT OF A BREAK UP, THEY WILL LOSE THEIR OLD LADY STATUS.
CLUB GIRLS: THE WOMEN THAT ARE UNDER CLUB PROTECTION, BUT SEEN MORE AS CLUB "EMPLOYEES" OR "PROPERTY". THEY ARE TYPICALLY ALSO KNOWN AS "HOUSE BUNNIES", "MICE", OR "SWEETBUTTS". THESE WOMEN TYPICALLY LIVE AT THE CLUB HOUSE OR SPEND MOST OF THEIR TIME THERE AND ARE EXPECTED TO HELP CLEAN, COOK, TEND BAR, AND GIVE INTO THE "NEEDS" OF PATCHED MEMBERS AND OFFICERS. ONLY THE PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT CAN HAVE A PREFERRED CLUB GIRL - IN WHICH SHE IS SEEN TO BE OFF LIMITS BY OTHER MEMBERS. OTHERWISE, THE GIRLS ARE EXPECTED TO SAY YES TO A CLUB MEMBER UNLESS SICK, HURT, OTHERWISE OCCUPIED, OR FEAR THEY ARE IN DANGER. (PLEASE NOTE: NO DOES STILL MEAN NO, THOUGH - CONSENT IS KEY, AND IF THE CLUB GIRLS HAVE ANY ISSUES, THEY ARE TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE QUEEN).
CLUB ASSOCIATES: THESE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE ON THE CLUB'S PAYROLL. THEY ARE PROTECTED BY THE CLUB, BUT ARE EXPECTED TO PROTECT THEM IN RETURN. THE TYPICAL POSITIONS HELD BY ASSOCIATES CAN BE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: LAWYER, DOCTOR/NURSE, LAW ENFORCEMENT (LOCAL POLICE, STATE POLICE, DEA, FBI), JUDGE, HACKER (CAN BE IN CLUB AS WELL), DRUG RUNNER, ARMS DEALER, MORGUE ATTENDANT, PRISON WARDEN AND/OR GUARD.
LEAVING THE CLUB: THERE ARE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF LEAVING THE CLUB. MANY OLDER MEMBERS ARE INACTIVE, BUT ARE STILL CONSIDERED TO BE APART OF THE CLUB, HOWEVER THEY CANNOT VOTE OR ATTEND MEETINGS, BUT ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO GIVE HALF DUES TO MAINTAIN STATUS. YOU CAN ALSO RETIRE FROM THE CLUB, TO WHICH YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERED FAMILY, BUT DO NOT HAVE TO PAY DUES, CANNOT WEAR COLORS, ATTEND MEETINGS OR VOTE. IF YOU ARE FOUND BREAKING RULES OR BETRAYING THE CLUB IN ANY WAY, THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU ARE KICKED OUT OF THE CLUB (BOTH WHICH HAVE TO BE VOTED ON): EXILE, AND CLUB JUSTICE. EXILE IS THAT YOU ARE REMOVED FROM THE CLUB, MUST HAND OVER YOUR CUT, AND WILL BE FORCED TO HAVE YOUR "CLUB MARK" (THE TATTOO REQUIRED FOR ALL MEMBERS) BURNED OFF YOUR SKIN. YOU CAN NEVER RETURN, AND TYPICALLY THEY ARE FORCED TO LEAVE THE CITY. CLUB JUSTICE, HOWEVER, IS DEATH. IT IS VOTED ON BY ALL MEMBERS AND MUST BE UNANIMOUS. IT WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE PRESIDENT, AND IS TYPICALLY CARRIED OUT BY A SHOT TO THE HEAD.
CLUB CUTS/MARKS: ALL MEMBERS, INCLUDING PROSPECTS, WEAR CLUB CUTS - LEATHER VESTS DISPLAYING THE NAME OF THE CLUB, THE CITY CHAPTER THEY'RE PATCHED INTO, THE CLUB SYMBOL, AS WELL AS THE PATCH OF THEIR POSITION. PROSPECTS' CUTS WILL DISPLAY THAT THEY ARE A PROSPECT, AND IT IS CEREMONIAL ONCE THEY GET VOTED IN TO CUT THEIR FORMER PATCH OFF OF THEIR VEST. CUTS ARE TO BE WORN AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE, AT CHURCH, AND ON ALL RUNS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. YOU DO NOT WEAR YOUR CUT (COLORS) IN ANOTHER CLUB'S TERRITORY, THOUGH, UNLESS A SET MEETING HAS BEEN MADE. ALL PATCHED MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO GET THE CLUB MARK TATTOOED SOMEWHERE ON THEIR BODY
  • OLD LADIES ARE GIFTED THEIR OWN LEATHER VEST WITH THE NAME OF THE CLUB AND A PATCH THAT DISPLAYS "OLD LADY" AS WELL AS "PROPERTY OF" WHICHEVER MEMBER THEY ARE TIED TO. OLD LADIES OF OFFICERS WILL HAVE THAT ON THEIR PATCH AS WELL. THEY ALSO CAN HAVE A PROPERTY TATTOO OR SYMBOL TATTOOED ON THEM, BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED.
